Collecting Personal Information
When you book an event or purchase services from Rolling Ridge RC, we collect necessary personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, and venue location. This information is used exclusively to coordinate your mobile crawler experience, provide customer support, and send relevant event updates. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.
Credit Card Purchases & Security
Your financial security is our priority. All credit card transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Rolling Ridge RC does not store your full credit card number on our servers. The processing of payments is handled with industry-standard encryption to protect your sensitive data during every booking transaction.
Event Bookings & Data Utilization
Information gathered during the booking process is used to so that we know where your venue is located and can coordinate our arrival at your event. We may retain record of your booking history to assist with future reservations and to improve our service offerings. Any photos taken during events for promotional use will be handled in accordance with our separate media release agreements provided at the time of booking.
Terms of Service
Use of Services
By booking an event with Rolling Ridge RC, LLC, you agree to use our mobile crawler courses and remote-control equipment in a manner consistent with their intended use. Our services are provided for entertainment purposes only, and users must follow all onsite instructions provided by our staff to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Bookings and Payments
Event slots are secured only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified during the checkout process. We accept major credit cards through our secure processing system. Final balances, if any, are due prior to the start of the scheduled event. All pricing is subject to change based on venue distance and event duration.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations within 7-14 days are eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking. Events cancelled with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable, though we will attempt to reschedule based on availability.
Liability and Disclaimers
INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
1. Client Supervision Duty: The Booking Client (the individual purchasing and paying for the event) acknowledges that Rolling Ridge RC, LLC provides equipment and mobile entertainment, but does not provide childcare or guest supervision. The Client assumes full responsibility for supervising all minors, guests, and spectators during the event.
2. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rolling Ridge RC, LLC, its members, and employees from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, or financial losses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, claims brought by party guests, spectators, minors, or the parents/guardians of minor guests for personal injury or property damage, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the LLC or otherwise.
3. Property and Equipment Damage: The Client assumes full financial responsibility for the physical venue and the remote-control vehicle fleet during the contracted hours.
• Venue Damage: The Client shall defend and indemnify the LLC against any claims or damage caused to the host venue, residential property, or third-party facilities during the operation of the event.
• Equipment Fleet Protection: The Client agrees to reimburse Rolling Ridge RC, LLC for the actual repair or replacement costs of any remote-control vehicles or equipment damaged due to intentional misuse, reckless behavior, or a failure of the Client to maintain basic guest order.
Property Access & Liability Waiver for Off-Road Setup
By requesting that Rolling Ridge RC LLC transport, park, or operate its trailer, towing vehicle, or event equipment onto private property, unpaved surfaces, driveways, yards, fields, or any location, the Client explicitly assumes all financial and legal risk.
The Client certifies that the designated setup area is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the Rolling Ridge RC LLC's vehicle and utility trailer. The LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damage caused to the Client or any third party’s private property during transit, parking, or setup. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to lawns, grass, landscaping, underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation lines, driveways, pavers, concrete, asphalt, gates, or fencing. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the LLC harmless against any property damage claims arising from compliance with the Client's specific delivery and setup placement instructions.
